These are some Spiranthes spiralis I found in the zoo park of the city.... (it is located right next to the city...)

and their habitat type (for Olaf....but there are several more around the city...mostly maquis vegetation)

Looks like you found a very unusual and interesting new species of Spiranthes in the last picture. :rollhappy:

Maybe a Spiranthes chickinensis ?

Hmmm..... Charles I really do not know.:eek: Might just be different colouration due to parents' difference in colour???
 
Tom, i think they will have grown in adequate size to face winter from November- December on, cause it is still summer here.. :(:(:( Only a light cool breeze in the evenings and nights... So the animals too (appart from the plants) might have gone crazy with this weather...! hehe :D
