Can you help please? Rusty dots, Paphiopedilum wilhelminae.

Brown and crispy leaf tips. Could be a touch of anthracnose (sp.), a bacterial problem. Could also be due to uneven watering or too much fertilizer.
Other growers will add opinions.

It has new growths and starting to bloom. Repotted in march (root system healthy) to the mixture of perlite, charcoal, Besgrow Orchiata Power bark and cca five long stems of sphagnum moss. Topping Substral Osmocote pearls 1/3 of dosage recommendation, watered 2-3x per week, fertilized every other watering NPK 10-10-10 by 1/3 of recommended dosage durig season.

It also looks to be significantly underwatered.

New growths look pretty good, perhaps minor signs of underwatering. Great that it is coming into bloom!
