The plant is one of Terry's designs. It is a few years old and has bloomed before. It was posted on the site back in the day so I would consider it one of their stud plants for breeding. This is the third flower that I can tell and it has another growth that is close.
I believe JC attempted flasks but they never came to be. Although Marni may have some hidden away.
My plants are under T5 and LED banks. 2 and 4 ft. 12 shelves with 36 flats. 4 plants per 4in pot until they bloom. 12 in distance from the lights. Temps no higher than 78F
