Sorry, that was a test that was not removed. Imageshack is demanding payment now and this was an attempt to get around that; well it failed.

I have tested it now ,for me is free.(my dendrobium nobile in bloom)

Is there a problem with photo bucket? I use it and have an app for my phone where i can post directly from there or use the regular site on the computer.

Imageshack told me only a max about ??? is free and the rest they charge a few buck per quarter...

Imageshack gives a free trial, after that they want USD2 per month. Old free stuff is not removed, but without pay you will not after expiration be able to upload new pics.
Uploading to a site that does not keep the photo does not make sense either, if not kept, it will disappear from the forum as well:sob:
I have a homepage and thought that my supplier could offer something, and yes they do, but I am unable to load the Picture as a Picture, only as a link (URL) which subsequentluy opens my entire gallery to the Public, not only the intended photo. Perhaps its easier to pay them the bucks?????

You can use a cloud storage site like Box, Dropbox, Sky Drive, Google Drive, Mega, etc. and create a public folder for your photos. Then just paste the link from the public folder into your post. Lots of options - what does Imageshack offer that others don't?

Photobucket gives you 8 gb if you get their mobile app. Sky Drive and Google Drive each give you 5 GB, Dropbox is the stingiest at 2 GB, and for me, Box is the most generous because for a while they were nice to BlackBerry owners, giving us 50 GB for free!

All these sites offer automatic uploads from your mobile phone.

I used Imageshack free of charge for years, and have Some pics loaded there!!!! Now they started wanting 2 USD/Month or 20 a year!?? What's your experience? Jean
