cool! IT at work has slowed any internet activity unrelated to their actual business. I will have to find a work around since I refuse to have a computer at the house. Let's try these, even if I can't see them now

Any advice on culture?

Drier in winter and more damp in warmer months but be very careful of rot. I would treat them closer to godefroyae and bellatulum.

How did you get those droplets stick so uniformly?

Just a one gallon hand pump sprayer with a new nozzle. I just hit them in the mornings and occasionally after work.
 
Fred Clarke commented in a conversation with him that he noticed thaianums like it a bit more on the warm side. We both observed that they seem to like to bloom every other year. FWIW
