The dorsal markings--Paph. urbanianum vs Paph. venustum (and the flower in this thread):

Yeah, and variations among hybrids are even greater. Your assumption that all the progenies of venustum hybrids should have venustum pouch is directly against your own logic.
Plus, your photos illustrate my point very well. The dorsal, staminode markings and overall appearance. You don't see it. Fine. Bye~
 
Its still for sure not a straight urbanianum. You can see it on the dorsal and the whole flower on the first look.
Perhaps agusii was used as parent.
Martin, I can go with agusii in it for the overall minute difference, especially the staminode shape, which I agree at the very beginning is a little different...

*but for sure, venustum is not the other parent, and for the dorsal "markings", there is no major difference to my eyes.
