No, I'm down in the mid-south. A carnivorous plant society? now that's something we need here in Memphis, although we'd probably have like 5 members.

I have an aquatic one, came in on a water hyacinth. At first I thought it was really stringy algae, but then realized it had little traps and was a utriculata. It has little yellow flowers, I am unsure of the species.

They are wonderful!
I have a teeny collection of carnivores and I'm quite tempted to give a couple of Utrics a go too just because they seem to put on such a nice show.

Very nice! Is that a Drosera capensis in that pot too?
Yeah, D. capensis alba, they're kind of weedy and not as pretty as the wild type or red varieties in my opinion, I've got 100's in my bog garden now, they've been hardy here for the last 2 years, once coming back from the crowns and next year cutting it a little closer and coming back from the roots (although that greatly multiplied the number of plants I mow have).

I was going to say filliformis.....
I wish it was, I really want some (or other N. American Drosera) for my bog garden but haven't broken down and bought any yet, was hoping to meet someone with some for trade, anyone?

Well I have filliformis v. tracyi, intermedia, California Sunset, and Hybrida(filliformis x intermedia) , all of which are outdoors freezing weather type of drosera. If you have any sarracenias for trade maybe we can work out a deal.....

Here's a list of the Sarracenia I could dig up or divide, all are at least flowering size:
S. leucophylla wild type and 'Tarnok', large divisions possible
S. flava 'wild type', medium sized plants
S. Scarlette belle, whole plants or divisions
S. alata, pale form l(arge divisions) or red veined form (medium plants),
S. rubra, two distinct forms but not sure which, medium whole plants
S. purpurea, three forms, red, pale, and red-veined, divisions or small whole plants
