So, finally it is in bloom after having it for a number of years as a "blooming size". I think this is a unusually large plant, the longest leaf is one foot long and the rest are all around 10-9 inches long each and it makes the small flower even smaller.

It has grown two fan of the same size for over three years and I was hoping for two spikes on the plant, but oh, well...At least now it is pushing up three more new growths.
This plant has always been a root champion.

I find the flower rather ugly. Not too much hope in this kind of cross for my taste, but got the plant for the leaves years back. just didn't expect it to get this big.

It does have beautiful leaves, but man, that flower is a joke given the proportions. Hopefully there are at least 2 more buds on the spike.

I really like that flower. The spots are intense and so chunky. The spots are normally much finer.
