Grew this from flask several years ago. I forget the parents, but I do recall that the pollen was from Foxcatcher. The petals are flung back like most, but it has been open for several weeks and it shouldn't get any worse. The only real shortcoming is that it won't produce multiple growths. Mike

Mine reflexes much worse and isn't nearly so pretty. I like
the color too. Actually, it looks rather jaunty.

This is nice, although I'm not too fond of orange colors. I would love to have some strong red colors on my future dream venustum.

My second venustum is open now. It has its petals curved back badly and the dorsal is not neatly flat and round like I want it to be.
Bascially the same as my first one, except the color is worse on my second one, but it has three new starts.
Not quite sure what to do with it.
