Marco- Are you tyring to lose weight or is this how you normally eat? Just curious looking at the photos and seeing the protein/carb ratio.
This gets my attention because I'm trying to limit carb intake as much as possible. Not easy but I'm trying.
I don't even cook that much anymore. Too lazy.
So what I usually have for dinner now is a can of beans (black beans, kidney beans, white beans usually), a few meatballs tossed in (or this is replaced by cheese on occasion), one big spoonful of spicy chili paste, small spoonful of olive oil. Simple and quick
Then, I would snack on a large red paprika and/or an apple.
The other night I had gorgonzola pasta in cream sauce with broccoli, zucchini, and spinach. Later that night, I came home and did some pushups and 100 squats to make me feel better.
