When to transition from compost -> individual pots (pictures)

Hi everyone, a quick question, I have some composts that are growing strong and I would need your advices. Would you put these in individual pots or wait longer in compost?

For me. It’s mostly compost!!!!

The larger ones go into it's own pot and smaller ones in the compots.

I would pot up the larger individuals and then place the smaller ones back in a compot. I tend to keep my compots together for longer than a lot of folks.
