Flowered a nice Cadence x Valwin some years ago and a friend suggested I try some Winston Churchill pollen on it.---This is one of the first to flower .

Ever so much better than my Quiberon Bay (Winston Churchill 'Redoubtable' x Milmoore 'Maltese'. Very disappointed in my first bloom.
I hope for better blooms to come.

no photo yet but the Cadence was ~Penn Valley`AM and the Valwin was`Triumph`AM.

Thanks Jim...'penn valley' is so inferior to 'polonaise'...but the color is more understandable...

Makes me wonder what it would look like with cadence 'polonaise' and Valwin 'Christmas robe'...
