On the left: Zygonisia Roquebrune (Aganisia cyanea x Z. Artur Elle)
On the right: Pabanisia Eva’s Blue Amazon [Acacalis (Aganisia) cyaneae x Colax (Pabstia) jugosa]

I love the patina'd purple on the Zygonisia, but I'm also a sucker for clean, milky whites like on the Pabanisia.

Nice flowering. For me not easy to cultivate! Did you cultivate it in pure sphagnum?

Lovely flowers which I know nothing about. Do these two have a sweet
fragrance?
I've not noticed a fragrance. :sob:

That would be the last medium I'd choose. After much trial and error with my Zygos, I find they want a fast draining mix with lots of aeration. The Pabstia and Cyanea hybrids like warmer temperatures, more like Phals. I almost lost these plants learning all that!

I don't see much standard zygo in the first one...Artur Elle is a standard zygo, and that looks like a Aganisia. A case for cleistogamy?
