Thanks. I guessed callosum and lawrenceanum, but it looked a little 'different' than what I had seen before, and wasn't sure what else was in it.
 
Given his use of the language, Mr. Conway appears to know more about slipper orchids than you might expect from a free-lance writer. Could it be that he actually grows them as a hobby? If so, we should figure out a way to invite him to join ST......and further spread this disease with which we're all afflicted:clap:
 
I tried to post a comment on that page, inviting the author to join us. But in order to do that, I had to sign in for an account, which I don't want to do.
 
I did 3 shows for Sean, one on paphs a few years ago for his show Cultivating Life. Much of this article is familar. He is a good guy and is an avid plantmen but it seems that his main concern is to go for the larger national market.
