Don't we all get as much pleasure from seeing our plants develop and produce nice big new leads as when they flower?
After a good summer of growth there are maturing growths on the phrags.
In particular Don Wimber 'remembrance' has put up a second large growth.
This plant struggled for several years with rot but has now recovered and last year the first large growth developed.
The flower spike grew well but there were no branches and the individual blooms were a bit small.
This year's flower shoot is very thick and has at least one branch that I can see.
Fingers crossed .....
