A single brachy in bloom

This is a single growth plant growing in a 4 inch pot. The leaf span is about 6 inches. The leaves don't lay straight across but almost form a U or V in shape. The flower has a natural spread of 6 c.m. I think the light yellow showed in the photo. The photo gives you the impression that the flower is pretty flat. It's not bad, but it is cupped somewhat. However, in my eyes, it's a keeper.

It has much larger spots then the one Ross posted just a week or two ago.

As you can read in his post, the plant has now been named Desiree Grace Groves. That is much easier to write. There are a number of other brachys in the green house in some stage of bud or sheath, but that's it for now.

Very nice, that is a great flowering. I would be happy to have just one in flower right now.
