Phrag. Fritz Schomburg- five flowers!

Phragmipedium Fritz Schomburg (besseae ‘First Kiss’ x kovachii ‘Purpilicious’). This is the second bloom for this individual plant, with five flowers: one spent bloom, two open flowers, and two buds. My other FS from the same cross has only two flowers. I’m stunned!

Nice, vibrant color and pretty decent shape overall. I'd say it's a winner regardless of flower count.

Mist the flowers, buds, and inflorescence with a 1:250 Kelpak solution. The phlorotannins slow senescence and the plant will carry the flowers longer.l
