I second this. I have made three different purchases with Austin Creek and have been very happy each time! Their plants are always very healthy and large for their price point. One time my plant was held up by the USPS for ten days. It arrived in great shape and with a healthy spike due to thoughtful packing and a healthy plant to begin with (Paph. Norito Hasegawa pictured below). Dale at Austin Creek is easy to work with and they do a nice job.

Also, they offer FEDEX shipping now. Do that and avoid USPS issues.
