mine was blasted. but this has always been a fav of mine

That's a beauty!!!! Any growing info? I am not able to make them bloom, even survive in my gh  !! Jean

This one is quite easy. Did you try 4n plants? Mine are grown outdoors in summer where they receive several hours of sun in the morning and even at the middle of the day. Temperatures are cool in summer here. They are grown in Sphagnum moss. Low fert level. In winter, they are grown in the basement under lights. I think they need short days (less than 12 hours) for bud initiation. Temperature in winter is min of 10 C or so. Highs are 15-20 C.

This one is supposed to be 4n.It must of been the runt of the bunch. I have had it for years. It blooms every other without problem.

Congratulations! Your plant is lovely! I have one that is alive but does not bloom. I will try your advice. :)

Thanks Lise!!!!

You grow it wet or on the dry size?

The one I have still surviving is supposed to be a 4n; it is mounted and brings up new growth but nothing where one could imagine one of these lovely flowers emerging  ! The one before was in sphagnum, when it went downhill I thought was because of being too wet !
