That triumphans is something special, it's like an "improved" rex. Really what you hope for with a primary cross like that. Congrats!

Unfortunately, I can’t pull the plant out at the moment to get a full foliage picture. She has two leads this year, with two flowers in bloom on each spike. Much smaller flowers this round. Probably due to unfavorable growing conditions. It’s been very hot this summer and I have also been out on holiday for long stretches. I’ll take it but she will need a repot.

Interesting that Triumphans flower quality declined due to the conditions you mentioned, but that Rlc. Princess Shasta seemed fine with the less than ideal conditions.
