I'm growing and breeding Clivias for a bit of extra pocket money. A nice crop of flowers this year. This is about half of them.
I'm not to interested in the new pale colours so much so I'm sticking to producing compact plants with tight flower heads, wide leaves and the deepest orange red I can. I'm also working on green centre ''reds'' and of course good yellows.

Big yellow stock plant. I can't grow these fast enough! Each one of these flowers has been hand pollinated and each flower will give between 1 and 6 seeds.

Very nice! The dark orange are my fav. I've never seen the yellow life, could be attractive as well!

Yes lovely. I got some clivia seedlings from a friend. Any recommendations for a website for culture advice?

Good ''normal potting mix'', a handful of osmocote and a handful of dolomite once a year. Full shade, 5 to 35C, dryish winter and that's it!

Love these. I used to have a couple but they got so large I re-homed them. Should get another one.

Angela, mine grew and bloomed every year in normal house conditions.

There are some great varieties available these days, especially those with short, wide and variegated leaves. Some of the new yellows are spectacular as well. You have a beautiful collection, Stone!
