plant remains very small, this is a pretty round one (another one in a few weeks, rounder)

That dorsal is also very wide for a concolor (from the few I have actually seen). That is amazing.......very different to the ones I have seen in photos and shows.

:drool:So there can be that much variance, I don't think I've ever seen a straight concolor like this, it's LOVELY but it does lose some of it speciness. I lokk forward to #2!

thank's all!! when all the plants of that cross will have bloomed, I will put all the photos in one post, that will be interesting to see how variable it can be...

It's cute. I wondered, also, if it's a straight concolor.

Well, this is Yellow & Round x Triple Delight cross. from Sam Tsui. but I have never had more than one flower on a spike with my concolor's. Maybe it also depends on growing conditions.

Even Sam has had mislabeled plants. It happens. Why I wondered wasn't so much the shape, but the spotting. But I guess there can be a lot of variation.

it does at first glance not look like a true concolor but i know sam has done a lot of line breeding with that species so i wouldnt be surprised. extremely variable species too.
