My very first post in nearly two years. Two spikes on the plant, there were three at first and broke one.

On the north west balcony in full sun from spring to late autumn. Then inside in a cool basement once flower stalks appear under led light.

Thanks for sharing. If I lived up north I could grow them.

You can surely grow these just fine in NYC.
You just need a cool room for the winter.
One of our society member have some in his cool room and they are amazing with 8 spikes per plant!
