Cracking bloom I do like this species. I have yet to see a bad hybrid from this species.
Congrats on the bloom.
 
Thanks! I'm really starting to like these Formosae dens. I've got a Peng Seng about to bloom now anyday. I've also set a couple pods from selfing the tobaense blooms so we'll see how long those take to mature.

to my eyes, this looks like the Thailand strain from Doi Tung that xavier mentioned in the past in this forum . The vietnamese cruentum is different with more red in the lip , closer appearance to the suzukii from Vietnam highland
 
That's interesting, thanks for the observation Hien. I could not view the photos from that old post to confirm but I'll take your word for it!

I also like how long these flowers last, I just need many more of them!
