mine is a slow grower and hasn't flowered - any ideas?

Interesting discussion on FB in various groups on this. Many say it needs a dry winter rest, I used to do that & it wouldn't grow let alone flower. I now hang the plant in high light without burning by a long way, I water & feed it every time I water &/or feed everything else. It's doing better than ever for me, best spikes I've ever had on it.
