A tiny Dendrobium that indeed looks more like a Bulbophyllum or Trias, hence the name. This one is not from Tom DE, but a different private collector. Not exactly in focus but about the best I can do with a phone.

75F days to 55F nights, MSU with Cal-Mag added to RO water, watered lightly twice a day. It is just a few inches below one of Ray's LED bulbs running, 13 hours a day. When I purchased this one, my conditions were initially burning the leaf tips, but the plant settled in and started to bloom consistently.
