I indended to get one of these about a year ago...too bad I did not... :( Yours is very nice!!!
 
Very nice, I have two of them, but until now, they don´t want to flower. What´s your way of culture?

Thanks for all the comments. I don't grow it any special way. It is in a bark mix, I water and fertilize it like all my other cat types, but I don't think it gets quite as much light where I grow it. I got it about 4 years ago and it has been in bloom continually.

I can't recall if this species is extinct in the wild.

I think Ed M has done well with this plant and made some hybrids with it.

I have read that it is extinct in the wild but I understand that it has been re-introduced

How long does it stay in bloom?
It has 3 blooming growths and the flowers last about 6wks or so. Seems like one of the growths is always in bloom
