hey friends,
some of my "Pterostylis" are just flowering,
but these two are now named as "Diplodium".
In this section the flowers come from the tubers directly
Diplodium make no basal rosettes when forming the flower stems.

Very nice

mine died
I have not got the hang of these. I know what I'm supposed to do. They keep getting lost in my collection, and keep getting watered after they were supposed to dry out. Oh well. I'll try again sometime in the future.

Did you receive any from David Mellard? If yes/no, he would be happy to send you some... this third time i'm finally getting some very nice growth

nice pics!

Same here. I tried my hand with curta two seasons ago and unfortunately failed miserably.

I did, but the mistake was not David Mellard's, they grew fine the first season, it was my own after care that screwed them up. Right now I have too many plants for the growing space I have. I am trying to cut down my collection, not by a lot, but maybe by 10% or 20%. Once I have some space on the benches so I can see all the plants there, then I will try again. Right now I have so many plants I can't keep track of what I have.

I like them, but when I try again, I want to be able to do them right.

update Pterostylis /Diplodium............

just flowering nicely is my Diplodium grandiflora.
it is a very rare Diplodium here in Europe.
I have 3 tubers now, this is the last,
flowering now for me over the yearend ........
