If we follow the overview of the P. gratrixianum complex by Averayanov, Gruß et al. in Die Orchidee (attached - in German, I know, but very profusely illustrated), I would be more tempted to identify Istvan's beautiful flower as P. gratrixianum var. daoense.

No, according to the overview article, I attached, yours look more like var. christensonianum (even if you don't read German, the photos still say a lot!)

Leaves point more towards daoense! Flower markings are very variable in this group!
