I often promote the baker's culture sheets downloads from www.orchidspecies.com , which are excellent. The first book was about many 'p' genera including phals and phrags (among a few others). The extra information found in the books is invaluable for growing orchids in general and identifying diseases and cultural problems/symptoms. Usually the book is rarely offered on ebay or otherwise and usually near or over $100. At the 'get it now' price it's offered at, it's a steal! I don't know who is selling it, and it isn't mine. I have a hardcover and a paperback just in case one gets trashed somehow, and I ended up paying nearly $40 for the paperback on ebay
