Hello,
Could someone please help me to identify these spots at Cattleya leaves? They are at the bottom side and at the old ones only...

The pattern of black spots in both pictures look like virus to me. The pattern of spots in the second picture looks like classic
Odontoglossum ringspot virus. You may want to isolate this plant and certainly have it tested.

I respectfully disagree. This is not a virus it is bacterial brown spot, Psuedomonas sp.. It typically appears as fine dots on older Cattleya leaves, species or hybrids. A good anti bacterial will help prevent it like Physan. It is usually spread in crowded collections featuring Cattleyas. It is not exclusively found in Cattleyas but is often the worse in them when compared to other genera.
Do you have good air circulation within your collection? If you help things dry out quicker after watering, this might help fight the spread.
