This a a real small bromeliad Neoregelia lilliputianum
It's growing really fast and already putting on a little fireworks display.

These neo flowers are really blue. They turn red/pink when they die. But the flowers only last a couple of days. Fortunately there's a bunch of buds.

That is pretty big for lilliputiana... Mine is even smaller than that. I grow it in a basket or mounted for optimal results. It is very easy to overfeed bromeliads.
