I would hope that it bloomed better for the award. Considering it is 1/2 welischii and 1/4 veitchiana it should have less of a pinched dorsal.
Goodness! How do you grow this lovely in sweltering Singapore? I battle when the temp hits 35o C for a day or two, never mind several months night-and-day.
It's my bad culture.. hahaha.... I'm quite sure that it was much better when it got awarded years ago. Very warm here in Singapore.. :evil::evil:

LOL, this clone is supposed to be red. I imagine that it is due to warm temperatures..........
