Masdevallia Confetti (Masd. strobelii x Masd. glandulosa).
First blooming of this plant I get from Ecuagenera a few months ago. I already grew one plant of this cross many years ago; it was a lovely blooming machine.... but I killed it. I did not know how to grow orchids in sphagnum moss at that time (the moss was decaying for many months)

Ruth, it is a very compact Masdie. The leaves are less than 3 inches tall I think.
