My first concolor to flower, almost

Wanted to flower a Paph concolor for years but never had one till a year or so back. Just hope it keeps going.

Yes, this is one of them. The one I post a long while ago, I think, has a bud coming up. Another few weeks will tell. This and the other concolor are about 3 feet away from the Phrag I post for flowering help, lots of light. I'm beginning to think that many plants that are supposed to require good shading don't, they seem to be doing better with the extra light.
