A former Schomburgkia, this is a miniature plant, with pseudobulbs averaging just a tad over 2", and flowers with a ns of about 2.5". The 20+ growth plant is in osmunda in a 3" net pot nestled into a 4" clay pot. It gets high light, intermediate to warm temps, and is watered weekly (every 4 days in summer). I have four more plants in this group but none of them ever bloom; this one does regularly. Go figure.
These have hollow pseudobulbs which split at the base and provide homes for ants in their natural habitat.
