It's the funkiest neo flower. I don't know if the flower will open more because it's already fragrant. I could be wrong though. This spike only has 3 flowers. Hopefully it'll be better next time round.

Repotted it today in the traditional japanese method. Heres what it looks like:

It went into s/h as soon as I got it from Cal orchids in May.

Marco, what was the root growth like when you repotted it into the s/h? Do you think those dead roots died because they were the older ones and couldn't adapt to the s/h culture?

Josh - could be. But for an expensive neo......I don't want to take any risks.

I'm going to repot my Sekai tonight cause it is the only one that doesn't seem to have an air pocket in the bottom and it is drying out much more slowly than all my other ones that do, and the lowest leaf turned yellow. Not risking it!
