For me 100 ppm N Akerne /MSU per week is to hight . Check your conductivity of your solution and you will be surprised.
Akerne recommand 65 ppm N per week and this is already to hight for this paphiopedilum family. 40 to 50 ppm N per week is enought. They are slow grower !.
We also have to keep in mind that bark needs about 30-50ppm N/week (from memory) just to feed the microbes braking down the bark. That is before the plant even sees much. I would suggest that 80-100ppm/week when in full growth is better. (in bark) If you are worried about salinity, you should use a formulation with higher N so the EC remains the same.
In other media with a different nitrogen draw-down the opposite might be true. Eg. In osmunda, no N is needed at all! In hydroponics there is zero N draw-down. It all depends....

Are those mealybugs down in the growth with the bud? It sure looks like it but from your images I can not be sure.}
Dude!? You must live in the realm of Harsh! The doom is so strong in everything you see. I think the leaf yellowed because of the materials left near the center. By repotting you flushed the plant clean, should be OK.

Some update following your advices and smth for myself:
1. Cut the light even in winter it was shiny
2. Fertiliser peters . Professional 20 20 20 at 50- 60 ppm N weekly
3. Application of insecticide based on natural substances.
After flowering I’ll repot in smaller pots with mix orchiata and perlite - chunky …
