But that sounds contradictory...

That's been one of my basic points in all the nutrition debates.

We come up with all kinds of reasons why different species are "hard" or "easy" but pretty much treat everything the same (expecting the plants adapt to us rather than adapting our systems to the plants) regardless, up to the point of loosing them.

At least in the short run we often get to see a few beauties like these now and then.

Worth the bench space! Not wild about the pouch, but love the ventral, like an inverted tear-drop. I am amazed by its size.
