Paph lowii 'Jamboree Violet'

I got it hand delivered by Norito and his tag said HCC/AOS. Which says nothing more then two old guys with short and twisted up memories!

There is a Paph. lowii 'Jamboree Gem' HCC/AOS of 75 Points exhibited in 1992 octobre 30 by the same people.

Still, this is a very nice lowii and orchids are very much like art: you buy what you like. And whatever award is attached to it comes second, at least to me. A vendor would think differently though.

Definitely a clone worth having! You did the right thing cutting the stem if the plant was not in tip top shape. You don't want to risk losing a good clone like this one!

Agreed John. Nothing worse then setting a plant back for years! or worse...dead.
I'll change the tag to read BM/CSA since that is all we have to go by for now.
