Paph. lowii

I just purchased this from Thanh Nguyen. I broke my rule of not purching plants that have to be shipped during the cold season. When I saw Thanh's photo of it's sib, I knew I had to have it -- it is just the lowii I've been looking for. The flower is a little small, but it is stunning.

Very nice lowii, I currently have a new plant in my collection labelled lowii. It's in low bud so soon I will know how the flowers look.

nice, i think these are first-bloom seedlings? it will be bigger with more flowers next blooming.

great dark color. i have a nice dark one in bloom right now but i have a lot of trouble photographing lowii...the colors never come out right with my camera.
