Perhaps GuRu and Ozpath did I read the tag wrong??
No, you read it right .... but there may be two reasons why it isn't a fma. album.
- a mislabeled tag
- or genetical reasons ... may be you know if you cross two fma. album there might be progenis which are not fma. album

hi,
yes, absolutely possible, when we crossed two wardii var. album by sib we got always coloured wardii, wardii album by self gave album as result,
that is also the reason why so many near or semi album lowii did approach sold as album x album

All true… or Tiny Tim is phenotypic album (appears album) but not genotypic (not pure album genes).

Hilmar is also right. The album genes may differ in locations on chromosome between two album parents.

interesting to see would be what a selfing of this near albino philippinense may bring as next generation, there is the good possibility to get pretty coloured ones and albino ones also from the same seeding
