This plant has a history with me. Originally from Orchid Zone I received a HCC back in 99' Then with all of my moving a round in Pearland I almost lost the plant to rot. Then in 2003 the plant stabilized as a "seedling"! Now blooming for the first time. There are two additional growths coming up currently and more buds coming behind this flower.

Lovely flower, mine has been around for many years in fact purchased from Bealls. It received an AM about 5 years ago. The plants are nice sequential bloomers with up to 4 or 5 blooms over time.

Thanks all. It is a nice plant to have if not mistreated. I have an awarded Imperial Jade making the same come back. It started a flower spike but changed its mind to two new growths. Probably better for it!

I have two gnomes Eric that travel from pot to pot. Just depends on which spikes I want protected the most!
