I got it from Hilo. The clonal names sound familiar to me too. Not sure if James does his breeding with TON. He probably does

I am pretty sure OI were offering roth crosses with Sandy as one of the parents. But I don't know if Sandy originated at OI.

Yes, it was Humongus x Sandy. Not sure where they originated from though

Sandy originated from Hilo Orchid Farm but is from TON’s cross of Knights challenge x tarantula. Sam obtained pollen to make the hughmungous x sandy cross.

I don’t know who made the blackbird x sandy cross but I know TON has a clone called Blackbird but it’s possible HOF also named a clone as blackbird

I snapped it in the process of taking the pic. So it was the since bloom on what was left. Which was barely hanging on. I have another one of this cross starting to show its sheath. This time I won't move it to the black background with butter on my hands
