Oh. :smitten:

I'll show this picture to my little one which is being a very good helenae and growing well (compared to the other one I had, which didn't grow one millimeter during the five months that I had it). Maybe it'll get inspired to bloom next year. :D

Nice display.

I really like the top right one! It has all the details I want in a P. helenae.

Congrats. They´re all splendid

Rangiku, I just bought three helenae from Mr. Nguyen (wrong spelling maybe?) that are lovely multigrowth plants. I emailed him and begged for
a few of his stock. I didn't go through ebay. You can find his email addy
on ebay or I can send it to you if you like.

Mine haven't bloomed yet, so I hope they're as lovely as these photos.

For me it is not so difficult to grow them. I have them in an intermediate greenhouse. Watering depends on the weather, over winter not so often. They bloom every year in autumn. The flowers last about 3-5 weeks.

I'm growing mine under lights in the house, and it blooms readily in the fall. Flowers last about 2 months for me. It doesn't seem to require any special care. It's hanging out with the rest of my Paphs and some of my Phals. Mine is just now sending up two spikes. Our fall weather was unseasonably warm so all my Paphs are late in setting spikes.
