One of my 1st orchids and favorite Paphiopedilum, bought it from an old friend, many years ago.

Very nice flower. This cross was made for the very first time almost 130 years ago.....and unfotunately through no fault of theire own these flowers are a bit out of vogue.

It may be heresy to say but I think sometimes vogue may be out of vogue

I was thinking the same thing. A very distinctive clone.

This is nicer than the one we recently awarded. This has a darker spotting on the dorsal as mentioned above.
