well :

Compost : 50/50 fine bark and Rockwool (cube rockwool)
Water : each week with Tap water. i put 20.20.20 fertilizer one watering on two. When i watering it i do it strongly to wash all the compost.
no green house but on a windowhill with east sun (until 12)
no winter rest. and flat temperature. (17°C - 23°C)
