It is lovely and so unusual. I like the "nose" too...sort of a

It grows rather well, yes. It has new roots growing into the medium, unlike some others of my Phals, whose roots try to escape the pot. But my plants will just have to deal with being potted. I found that taking care of mounted plants on a windowsill is too much of a hassle, so everything gets potted.
