I got this one from Gonewild earlier this year. First flowering of this division. (Hanne Popow x richteri) :)

Very nice, colors like painted by an artist!
(The Achental is a very nice valley which connects Tyrol (Austria) with Bavaria (Germany), there is a river too, called ´Ache´)
Best regards, Gina

I went on Google and saw many pictures of the Achental Valley. What a great place to hike with a back pack.

WOW! I swear I see every color of the rainbow in this flower. Great blooming & growing! As Slipperking so aptly put it, GONEWILD indeed. I love it and now I want one.

All the colors are there but I did use contrast and brightness to pull out the details better. As for the fluorescence, it just happened that way. I don't have 3D vision so I must constantly tweak brightness and contrast in photos to give the flower some depth and sharpness. That is also why I don't care for pure white flowers.

Interesting color combination. But how real are the colors? They look fluorescent.

Sorry Dot! I should have been more explicit. My objective was to show all the details of the flower using contrast and brightness which are not always easy to do on a photo. Maybe I should try to get a job on the Hubble Imaging Team. Then again they are pros and I am not. :)
