We sold a lot of these seedlings over the years, but always kept a few to check flower quality. I would say this is pretty typical as far as form, but lighter in color because it's blooming in the heat of summer. I'd expect the cool weather blooming next February-March to be much darker. I'll try to remember to take another photo when this one blooms again next spring.

Tom, the small plant I bought bloomed with three flowers of excellent
quality. It's also putting out lots of new growth despite the summer
heat here in KY. It's beginning to be one of my favorites.
 
No photos. I'm too cheap to buy a good camera! However, I noticed this
morning Barbara Leann has a new spike and a bud showing. This Phrag.
hardly took a rest and still has a lot of new growth coming along. What a
Phrag!!! This one belongs in everyone's collection.

BTW, my Barbara looks identical to your photo.
